Shipping & Returns


Each item will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a box. offers delivery world-wide. For custom jewellery purchases, regular shipping is free for destinations in Canada.  For the United States, Europe and other international destinations, please contact us to arrange shipping of your order.  For online store items, such as made-to-order  jewellery, objects or candles, a shipping fee will be charged.  

Once payment has been received for your purchases, your item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or other similar courier services. reserves the right to select the method of shipping.


We accept returns for credit for items in unworn condition purchased through within 10 days of receipt of the item. In order to send a return, you will need to contact us to obtain a return authorization number.  No returns of online purchases, by mail or in person will be accepted without this return authorization number. 

All items with a return authorization number may be returned by shipping the item, at the customer’s expense, to our head office which we will provide for you through email. For your protection, please purchase insurance for every return and make certain that you are provided with a tracking number for the parcel. and ERIC PETERSEN are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for providing any insurance coverage for returned item(s). 


Please Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless has sent the incorrect item.  For US returns kindly note that it is necessary to write on the exterior of the package “Return of Canadian Goods”.  If this is omitted you may be subject to additional duty, brokerage fees and taxes.  All prices on return documents are to be expressed in Canadian dollars. 


Item(s) are to be returned in their original packaging with original documents.  Item(s) are to be returned unworn with original tickets attached.  ERIC PETERSEN retains the right to refuse to accept returns which show signs of wear.


Upon receipt of returned items, our workshop will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item(s). Returns take approximately 5-10 business days to process after receipt of the item. 

Items that are returned in good unworn condition, will be issued a store credit for the original retail price.  This credit may be used for purchases on-line or towards a custom commissioned piece by ERIC PETERSEN.
